Fire Department
The Arpin Volunteer Fire Department proudly provides emergency services to the Village of Arpin and its surrounding communities. Our department currently consists of 28 members, and we are always welcoming new volunteers to help strengthen our team. Our members are trained in several specialized areas, including ice rescue, farm accident response, Project Lifesaver, and vehicle extrication.
Firefighters participate in monthly fire and EMS training, in addition to attending a monthly business meeting, which they are strongly encouraged to join.
Our current apparatus includes:
- 2006 HME Custom Cab Engine (1500 GPM, 6-person capacity)
- 2009 International 2,450-Gallon Tanker
- 2008 International 2,450-Gallon Tanker with 750 GPM Darley Pump
- 2005 GMC Light Rescue Vehicle
- Enclosed Air Cascade/Rehab Trailer
- 2005 Polaris Ranger outfitted for wildland firefighting and search & rescue
- 2008 Ford F-450 4x4 Crew Cab Pickup, equipped as a wildland fire unit
